3ELEMENTOS is a Ribera de Duero winery created in 2011.
Our journey is short, but from the start, differentiation was one of our main objectives.
Breaking with the established norms and starting from a different way of understanding the Ribera del Duero, we elaborate a respectful wine with the Tempranillo, fresh and fruity, much less astringent, that does not leave indifferent to those who try it.
To enhance the fruit, the typicality and the elegance in our wines, we fill whole grapes that, coming from old vineyards cultivated in an ecological way in gravelo-sandy soils at high altitude, ferment spontaneously at low temperature with short macerations.
To favor fruit-wood integration, instead of 225-liter barrels, we use 500-liter French oak barrels.
During the first five months of aging, the lees are not removed and the batonage technique is removed, providing complexity, personality, persistence and volume to the wine that remains in the barrel for at least twelve months.
In this way, combining tradition and innovation, we offer our wine from the conviction that 3ELEMENTOS is not a Ribera anymore.
